HOW TO DETOX YOUR BODY

This is a period of detoxification and elimination of any extra water from the body, and weight is easier to maintain.

During the first 26 hours of the Waning Moon you must follow this procedure:

You can choose only one of these options:


 

OPTION 1: ONLY seasonal fruits and naturals like apples, orange, plum, apricot, peach, etc. You can eat five portions altogether or one portion at day divided on breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon and dinner.

OPTION 2: ONLY salads (lettuce, watercress, celery, carrots, tomatoes, etc) one portion at lunch and dinner. In winter you can eat boiled vegetables. You can use a tablespoon of olive oil. At breakfast and snack, if you have a juicers to grind vegetables you can do juice with any vegetable that you like and take it as an infusion.

OPTION 3: ONLY diet yoghurt and the pumpkin puree or mashed potatoes. You can est five portions altogether or one portion at day divided on breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon and dinner.

OPTION 4: ONLY Jelly fruits. You can eat five portions at day divided on breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon and dinner.

OPTION 5: ONLY soup and seasonal vegetables. You can eat five portions at day divided on breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, mid-afternoon and dinner.

During the waning moon you must be sure to drink a lot of water to remove toxins. It's recommended drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water during the waning moon. In addition, follow a balanced diet of solid foods during this period.
